HOW IT STARTED
My journey in basketball began as a collegiate and professional player overseas, where I gained firsthand experience in what it takes to build and sustain winning programs.
Competing in multiple countries exposed me to different styles of play, coaching philosophies, and cultures—shaping my understanding of the game well beyond the box score.

Those early experiences laid the foundation for my transition into coaching, where my focus shifted toward leadership, development, and creating environments where players and teams can consistently perform at a high level.
MY GOAL & MY MISSON
My goal is to lead with clarity, preparation, and purpose while building cultures rooted in trust, accountability, and communication. I believe sustainable success comes from alignment—between players, staff, and leadership—and from daily habits that reinforce standards both on and off the court.
My mission is to help organizations maximize performance by developing people, empowering staff, and building programs that are resilient, adaptable, and prepared for the demands of professional basketball. This approach consistently translates into stronger culture, improved performance, and long-term organizational alignment.

I bring a global perspective to the game through years of international playing and coaching experience. Working across different countries and competitive environments has strengthened my ability to adapt systems, communication, and leadership styles to connect with diverse rosters and cultures.
This background allows me to teach the game with clarity, manage relationships effectively, and implement structure while remaining flexible to the needs of players and organizations at the professional level.
COACHING PEDIGREE
I have extensive International experience across all facets of professional basketball, including player development, scouting, program management, game preparation, and in-game execution.
I have held roles ranging from grassroots development to head coaching responsibilities, providing a comprehensive understanding of how successful programs operate from top to bottom.
Currently, I serve as a top assistant coach in Japan’s B.LEAGUE, where I am actively involved in daily operations, strategic planning, and performance execution within a highly competitive professional environment.
